Volunteer

We are currently taking applications for sound designers, stage managers, lighting designers, set designers, and stage hands (including spot light operators and scene change assistants)

Muncie Civic thrives because of the generous donations of time and support from our volunteers. From acting on stage, to taking tickets at the door, volunteers help in every aspect of our productions.

We are in need of volunteers in the following areas:

• Actors - Please see the audition page for more information.
• Box Office - We are in need of dedicated individuals who can assist us in the Box Office for three to six hour shifts Tuesday-Friday from noon until 6pm. 
• Clerical Support (mailings, office, etc.)
• Concessions/Ushering
• Costume Design/Construction 
• Crew: Set, Sound, Costumes, Lighting, Make-up, Props, Stage Hand - We are always looking for dedicated crew members. Crew must be available the week prior to the show and performances.
• Designer: Set, Sound, Costumes, Lighting, Make-up, Props
• Director/Musical Director
• Marketing Team (putting up posters, etc.)
• Orchestra Pit
• Set Construction
• Stage Manager/Assistant Stage Manager
