Barrier-free Theatre

Barrier-Free Theatre is a drama therapy program that empowers adults with intellectual or developmental challenges to create and perform stories together!

The mission is to empower people of all abilities to enhance self-expression, creativity, social-emotional growth, and meaningful connections through the arts.

I love that we have this opportunity to do Barrier-Free because people with special needs like me and others get to show the community we come together as a group and we can do more things.

Barrier-Free has brought back confidence in myself

Watching them get that confidence and joy from being on stage, there's nothing that can compare to that feeling. I love it, I love what this does for them!
